Chur whānau, abit if a panui/notice updating everyone on the current take going on with Natives Tattoo.
We started 15 years ago and moved from strength to strength, George Street was our 4th shop after a really good run serving the Lower North Island community.
After a bit of an economic down turn
2024-25 we decided to part ways with the George St studio. She was in need of some much needed upgrades in the earthquake strengthening dept. And while this was known to us upon initial signing. We decided not to renew for the second year.
There has been a plan in the works to action another studio abroad for the past 18 months. And we have taken this tohu/sign as an opportunity to put plans in play and concentrate on a new foward push abroad.
As for the New Zealand wing, we are currently actioning a mobile unit. A fully equipped mobile tattoo studio that will be based in Manawatu, but fully usable across multiple regions and remote centre's.
The world is forever changing and we are always looking at ways to adapt and embrace the changing business landscape.
To effectively manage and maintain our engagement with our community, offer location updates, booking procedures and ease of payment.
We've decided to make a blog as a first port of call, for all info relating to Nati

ves Tattoo.
Many more web based features will be appearing from this platform in the near future.
Thankyou all for your patience and continued tautoko/support of this platform and the art that has become our lives.
